Nav Jagriti has been working for the empowerment of the women in social, economic and political aspects. NJ has dedicatedly enhancing the knowledge of women on group dynamics, leadership, financial literacy and other aspect of gender equality. NJ has a separate cell to promote gender equity, women empowerment and strengthen women SHGs. So far 560 women’s SHGs have been formed in 65 different in the project areas. Our vision has clearly envisaged that Nav Jagriti aspires to bring the values and better living condition for the disadvantaged and vulnerable section of the society with special focus on women and children.
